If he calms down in a couple of hours you have nothing to worry about, if not get him to an EXOTIC vet asap.
If She/He has been eating well it may well be fine.It is normal for a guinea pig aged 5 to breath heavily but you are best seeing a vet just in caseIts probably your Guinea Pig breathing, if your refering the word beating to moving up and down. I wouldn't worry.
When your guinea pig tilts its head to one side it might have a eye or ear infection.
Yes, I believe the left side of the stomach should be larger. This is where the bulge of the stomach lies. Also, the large intestine extends posteriorly to the rectum on the left side of the body.
It falls on its side because guinea pigs have leg length discrepancy, meaning one leg is shorter than the other.
"Guinea" is located on the west side of Africa; Papua New Guinea is a separate country, and is located above Australia.
Do you mean the guinea pig itself or the guinea pig sticking to one side of the cage. If it self is leaning its body to one side it could be sick or injured so seek medical attention. Or it could just be weak or not strong as the other side of its body or it could be paralysed on one side and thats why it is leaning. If it starts to look sick or looks like it is in pain then thats when you no it is not weak it is probably injured. If it is sticking to one side of the cage it means that it just might of picked a spot to rest or to go to the toilet.
No.

There are 2 answers: 1.Stomach cancer could be the case.Take your guinea pig to the vet as soon as you see any signs of a tumor.Sadly, there is no cure. You can either take your piggy to the vet to have it put to sleep,or sometimes an operation is available(It doesn't usually work.)Your guinea pig will die. 2.If you have more than one guinea pig, it could have been in a fight. You can take it to the vet and have it treated.Luckily, your guinea pig will survive. Sorry about #1.I had to go through that.Poor Peanut.
You can take your guinea pig outside they love that. Just make sure you don't let them eat any exotic plants. They can nibble on grass though. You can also lay on your back on the ground and put a treat on your stomach and see if your guinea pig crawls on you to get it. Another game is to put three plastic Easter eggs in front of your guinea pig. Put a treat in one of the eggs and see if your guinea pig can guess which one has the treat in it. Be creative there is tons of thing you can do.
