Try filing just a little bit off the top of the pistion. Look up how much to shave though.
Yes, there is no difference between the bearing slot in any scooter wheel. Any bearing will fit any wheel.
A well-taken-care-of 458 Italia can give the Aventador a run for its money, as can a race-tuned F50.

The choke is a lever on the carburettor, there is no reason to remove it, i.e. the bike wont go any faster, the choke is used when starting in the cold.
It depends on what kind of scooter you're talking about. If you mean a standard kick scooter then most scooters will fit up to 100mm wheels, high-end scooters up to 110mm.
Either increase the size of the front sprocket or decrease the size of the rear sprocket. This will change the gear ratio and make the scooter faster. Although you need to kick harder to start the scooter. Also, I do not know of any sprocket mods available online so you would probably have to get it custom made which may be pricey.
