Well first of all, kushina is dead. She died after she sealed her own chakra into Naruto, and that was when he was first born. So she never knew who Sakura even was. So, no. Well, I think so. Kushina may not know Sakura, but she did say " Find a girl like your mother". I thought of Sakura right away there. So, in a way, it was at least a hint of NaruSaku(kind of).
