Paul was prohibited by the Holy Spirit from going into Asia, and instead went into Europe. From Israel to Turkey to Greece and eventually even to Rome he was able to preach the Gospel to the masses. (He actually had plans to go as far as Spain) Churches were founded as a result of Paul's ministry and they continued to preach the Gospel and multiplying throughout time leading to today.
