Why is pe bad?

Students should be allowed a choice. Lots of children don't want to do this. If their parents agree, why should they be forced to (or forced to lie in producing a sick note)? It is different from any other lesson - it is about what one does with one's body. In any case, it is a red herring to say that P.E makes any serious difference to people's health. There are plenty of more effective ways of ensuring a healthy population than pushing children to do this not least would be addressing the disgusting diets our young have today, and encouraging walking or cycling to school rather than reliance on the car. in seventh grade you learn about drugs and alcohol and how they are bad for you do you really think they listen we have independent minds and won't listen in 8th grade we learn about sex ed do you really want to learn about that I mean I am pretty sure we all know about all that. Another thing is people get hurt during P.E when I was little I had a friend who had to leave school because of an accident in P.E she rolled her ankle because someone wasn't watching were he was going she fell and twisted and bent her ankle funny it was purple, blue and black. Just about less than a month ago my little sister got hurt during P.E they were playing a game with flags were you had to get the other persons flag well my sister was being chased by a boy and his shoes were un tied he tripped and fell on her my little sister she had a goose egg on her head for more than a week she was lucky she didn't break her head open.
