Their presence makes it to where you don't have to huddle in fear of being killed in your sleep or being stolen from and nobody to help you, they are the law enforcers they are to fight for truth justice and the American way, even though that isn't the case all the time we hope to have it happen as much as possible. The best way for the community to be involved is to report crime that occurs in your community to the police, to have the community work together to solve problems so crime is less likely to occur, and to keep the area clean. If career criminals see that people care about their community, it's a deterrent. Criminals are drawn to areas that look worn-down and look like people do not care about them.
