For two reasons. First, The Buddha told us to take nothing on faith, not even his teachings. He told us to put all of his teachings to the test and if we found something was wrong to reject it. So far the Buddha has been correct in everything, even to the fact that he told us that even the smallest particles (atoms) decay and change. Quantum physics has postulated the same idea.
Secondly, what we Buddhists do all day is practiceputting his teachings into everything we do. It is a life commitment, not just so many hours of the day.
Belief <3
Buddhism is a religion which is strongly dependent on the monastic order. Even though the monks benefit the most from the teachings, it can be practiced by the common man for the benefits that it brings to their life and also the belief that the more they practice more is the chance for them to become enlightened.
That its practice gives one the wisdom to practice compassion and tolerance (two things the world needs a lot more of).
Buddhism can be practiced ANYWHERE in the world. It is easier to practice buddhism in the eastern countries however buddhism is now starting to grow in America and other countries over in the west. There is no set place where buddhism should be practiced because it is more of a way of life, not as much a religion.
Rather ironically, as Buddha was from India, Hinduism is far more common in India.
Practice practice and more practice. Know your theory well but application is much more important
Fauvism was centered around the belief that bold colors and contrast were more important than the realism of impressionism. The movement lasted only four years and was part of the avant-garde philosophy.
Buddhism became more important.

Buddhism became more important.
Buddhism is practiced all around the world by all peoples. It has not be confirmed at present if there are Inuit, Lapp, Inca or many other groups who are practicing Buddhists, but there are no hindrances to that possibility.
For Hindu people the belief of reuniting with God is more important. This is called Moksha (liberation) or Nirvana (Liberation).
