If you're talking about flavor, it's a personal choice. You may just like red meat more than chicken and there isn't anything wrong with that; a balanced diet for humans can include meat. The "food pyramid" used to have meat higher on the food ladder than it is now; it is better to have a diet rich in grains, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, and fish than it is to have either chicken or red meat. But really...when a steak cooked perfectly is presented, who (other than vegetarians or vegans) can resist? The same is true for a beautiful roasted chicken. Both have their place, both have their good and bad points, and both are flavorful for those who enjoy eating meat.
