Galaxia ended up setting up her base of operations there, at the Galaxy Cauldron, and recruiting minions to help her acquire more and more Star Seeds. Those who killed "true" Sailor Senshi (with genuine Star Seeds, also known as Sailor Crystals) could gain the powers of the defeated Senshi by utilizing bracelets given to them by Galaxia. A "true" Senshi who gave up her Sailor Crystal could also survive in a physical form with the use of these bracelets. If Sailor Galaxia succeeded in making Sailor Moon distraught, she would become vulnerable to Chaos. If Sailor Moon was overtaken by Chaos, the two immense powers would cancel each other out and destroy one another, leaving Galaxia to get their Sailor Crystals and then become the strongest Sailor Senshi in the galaxy.
