Whats is the strongest rope?

Ropes are classified in 2 categories. The first is synthetic or natural materials such as cotton or hemp. The other type is non-synthetic rope which is made from non natural materials such as polypropylene, nylon, and polyesters. Synthetic fibre ropes are significantly stronger than natural fibers, but also have disadvantages.

Will rayon burnt stick to the body like other synthetic fibers?

yes as all synthetic fibres catch fire and melt easily

Are synthetic products better than natural products?

yes because natural prouducts are made naturally and synthetic prouducts are fake. yes, oil for example has different properties than synthetic oil, for instance, oil will move away from heat where synthetic oil will actually move towards heat. This is good in your car engine if a spoot heats up the synthetic oil will go to it and cool it down where regular oil will not do this as effectively.

How does using the synthetic fibers and plastics help to conserve natural resources?

Most synthetic fibers are made from petroleum(oil)... a resource that is not replacable. Making synthetics takes energy and chemicals to process, creates waste that is relatively hazardous to plant and animals , and adds to the carbon emitted into the air. The oil industry is selling the world on Fracking for natural gas and Tar Sands ,processing as new sources of energy and petroleum for the chemical industry, but , so far these processes seem very dirty and destructive to water and air. It is generally considered that natural fibers like cotton, flax and hemp are much more sustainable; ie they can be grown with minimal use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides and feel more comfortable for clothes , linens, and furniture. there are many synthetic fibers, however, that wear longer, are stronger, resist water and heat and wont replace synthetics. But , once again, all synthetics use oil or other fossil fuel as a major ingredient. It's hard to see any way that this "conserves" natural resources.

What are the disadvantages of synthetic fibers?

Chemicals are one of the disadvantages of synthetic fibers. Other disadvantages include the fact that they are not as comfortable, they trap the heat in and do not breathe like a natural fiber would.

What are the three most flammable fabrics?

Natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and silk burn more readily than other materials (silk being the most flammable). Synthetic materials like nylon, acrylic, and polyester do not ignite as readily as natural fibers but when they do ignite they melt causing severe burns. Natural and synthetic blends could be the most dangerous with the combination of high rate of burning and melting making it more hazardous than either fabric alone.

What fibers are shirts made from?
