how much energy is lost to fall one time sperm
energy can not be lost it can only be transported into other things
Vaporization is an endothermic process. It takes energy to heat up material to the point that it vaporizes, so energy is gained by the material being vaporized and lost by the environment.
some negatives of wave power is that the devices built to harness the energy of the waves are not adiquite enough to do so. So lots of energy is lost and some is gained. some negatives of wave power is that the devices built to harness the energy of the waves are not adiquite enough to do so. Energy isn't "destroyed" and mass isn't "created" Basically mass is a "form" of energy. Much like ice is a "form" of water. So while one could, kinda, say "ice is destroyed when it melts into water" it isn't exactly true (even though it is no longer ice).

In higher tropic levels, energy is lost because of the higher area of living. Metabolic activity is something else that plays a big part in the loss of energy at the tropic level.
E=mc2. If a system contains an amount of energy and mass, then you can convert one to the other. But there is only so much matter in the universe and only so much energy and these are exchangable but cannot be overall lost or gained.
