Humans have basic needs for food, water, shelter, adequate sleep and clothing; sometimes sex is included as one of these conditions. Satisfying all of these will create a certain level of stabiity, comfort and relaxation. Having the money to meet these needs creates free time for the individual, which he or she may use to interact with others, travel, learn various skills, or use in other recreational or educational ways. If basic needs are not met, however, perhaps because finances are unstable, people will spend most of their time trying to attain the necessities of life.
Someone who is financially stable is more likely to be focused on social experiences because they have the means to afford them. When basic needs like food and shelter are met, they have the luxury of pursuing and enjoying interactions with others. On the other hand, someone who lacks financial stability may prioritize meeting their immediate needs over social experiences, as survival becomes their primary concern.
