The Catholic Church does not discriminate between men and women. If you mean 'Why do Catholics not ordain women as priests?" that is not discrimination as it is following the example set by Christ. The first priests He ordained were all men. Tracing back to the Jewish roots of Christianity, men were always priests. The question should be 'Why do some non-Catholics not follow the example of Christ by allowing women to serve as ministers?" If Christ wanted women to be priests, He would have set an example for us by ordaining his own mother, Mary Magdalene or one of His other female disciples. He did not. So, if this is discrimination, ask Our Lord about it. He made the rules, we follow His example.

God did not design men as capable of bearing children, only women can do that. Is that discrimination? Was God being unfair?

Women now serve many roles in the Church including some high diocesan positions. Women are now allowed to serve as lectors, ministers of hospitality and Eucharistic ministers. Young girls are allowed to serve as Mass servers.

It is not. It believes that the male and female sex have equal dignity because both are created in the image and likeness of God.

Why does the Roman Catholic Church not allow women to be ordained?

Because of supposed tradition. It's a very sexist and outdated idea that is sorely dull. It's the same reason girls can't be in a church choir, and you only see boys.
