"The Golden Jubilee is the largest faceted diamond in the world, weighing 545.67 carats." It's colour grade is 'fancy yellow-brown'.
This diamond is hard because diamond is the hardest mineral on earth.
The Golden Jubilee Diamond is currently owned by the King of Thailand, so it is not located in Europe. The Golden Jubilee is also a name to mark the 50th anniversary, mostly of a political figure in power. The United Kingdom has had two [Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth II, both who have also celebrated a Diamond Jubilee of 60 years plus] and Austria-Hungary has had one [Emperor Franz Joseph].
The Golden Jubliee is in the possession of the King of Thailand, and is not well publicized. You can review the link below, of photographs, so you may be able to estimate its width. Comparatively, the stone might be larger than a chicken's egg.
There are usually only three. So far, Queen Elizabeth II has celebrated a Silver Jubilee (in 1977, marking her 25th year on the throne), a Golden Jubilee (in 2002, a 50th year observance) and a Diamond Jubilee (in 2012, for her 60th year as queen). A Diamond Jubilee normally would be held for the 75th anniversary of a monarch's reign, but an arrangement was made to honor Queen Victoria in 1897 for her 60th year on the throne. Queen Elizabeth II is the only other British queen to observe a Diamond Jubilee. According to Katie Couric of ABC News, Queen Elizabeth would celebrate a Platinum Jubilee if she is still Britain's monarch in 2022.

The Queen's jubilees are celebrated after completing 25 and 50 years of her reign. Queen Elizabeth II has had two jubilees so far: her Silver Jubilee in 1977, marking 25 years on the throne, and her Golden Jubilee in 2002, marking 50 years on the throne.
Diamond grinding wheels need to be abrasive so that they can grind the diamond. Diamond is a very hard substance, after all.
You have partially offended many of us Englishmen (I joke) , but nevertheless I shall tell you. The reason the diamond jubilee is so important is because it celebrates the fact that our monarch, the Queen of Great Britain has been on the throne for 60 years. It is a huge celebration and we also celebrate how proud we are to be British! Also 60 years is a huge landmark, notice the "diamond" label, and few other monarchs have survived this long. Long live the Queen!
The English FA season 2011-2012 began on 13 August 2011 and ended on 13 May 2012.The Diamond Jubilee Weekend was 2nd to 5th June, 2012, three weeks after the Football Association season had ended, so no would be the answer.
