It is the longest wall all over the world. The total length of the Great Wall of China built in different dynasties is 21,196.18 kilometers. The Great Wall of China can't be seen from space by the human eye without aid. The wall is becoming shorter and shorter day by day due to the natural erosion and human activity. The Great Wall is the best place for enjoying the vacation with family and with friends. There are so many travel companies are available to help travellers. When I had gone to China one travel company Greatwall Trekclub helped me to travel the Great wall.
Strictly speaking, it is only parts of the Great Wall of China which are Heritage-listed. These sections have been given world heritage status because they are testament to the remarkable building programs undertaken by the ancient Chinese. They are a symbol of another era, and one which will not be repeated. Heritage listing helps protect such significant and ancient symbols, which have already been subject to vandalism through the years.
Contrary to popular belief, the Wall is not heritage-listed because it is the "only man-made structure visible from space". This is, in fact, a myth - refer to the NASA link below.

The Great Wall of China is a Wonder of the World for a couple of reasons. First, it is the only man made object that can be seen from the moon. It is also the largest construction project in history until the construction of the US Interstate Highway System..
It was made a heritage site because it is the longest structure ever built and it is made all by hand. As well as it shows how China was ahead of their time when it was built. It also shows human interaction with nature
The reason(s) why I think that makes this world heritage site special is that it is very ancient and was built by ancestors who the Chinese respect. Plus it took a long period of time/labour (work) to make the Wall and it represents the historyof China Finally the reason why I chose this heritage site in my tour is because that people can learn many things form just looking at an ancient long wall. (I got this info on UNESCO and theencyclopaedia). also it should be preserved cos..................................... trol!
It's pretty special. Haven't you seen it? This is exactly the kind of thing that UNESCO seeks to protect, since it has heaps of cultural and historical value. UNESCO made it a World Heritage Site and that would mean a lot. They want it to stay they way it was when it was first built!
Because it is a huge structure thousands of miles long and was build in ancient times. If you see it you wonder how anyone ever managed to build it.
because alot and alot of people dont like rabbits so they built and and every country now realises how important it is
because it just is
no one knows
