Ozone layer can be described as renewable. It is because ozone in the ozone layer present in the stratosphere occurs a series of formation and depletion. The whole process is as follows:

Oxygen present in the upper atmosphere when comes in contact with the harmful ultraviolet radiations of the sun and split into two atoms of nascent oxygen i.e. [O]. This nascent oxygen further reacts with oxygen molecule in the presence of these radiations to give a molecule of ozone.

On the other hand again when these ozone molecules come in contact with UV rays they further break down and again form oxygen and nascent oxygen and thus the cycle continues.

Thus we can say that ozone layer is depleted and formed again and again. Thus can be surely considered as renewable.
