But this is a highly artificial picture, and in reality the U.N. is a loser's club, with corrupt African nations bulking up big in the voting, and spawning all manner of dubious semi-charitable committees which achieve nothing, but line the pockets of people who would never be able to hold down a proper job in real-life employment.
You could call it a grand fake charity, not properly accountable, and employing low-calibre people who are licensed to spend limitless amounts of public money.
