Try replacing the ABS sensor in the rear end.
You can also try taking it to car wash and spray the brakes out with water the best you can get under it from rear and spray all really good. Be careful when you leave as brakes might have trouble stopping a first couple of times. try washing front ones also..
Bring to a shop that has an ABS scanner to determine the problem
