because the oxygen rises and floats so it will always stay above and think about it if there was oxygen on bottom layers we would be able to breathe and live under water thanks for searching

Also there is more sunlight in the surface layers, and therefore more plants, as they need the sunlight to photosynthesise. In the process of photosynthesis, carbon dioxide and water combine to form oxygen and carbohyadrates. So basically there is more oxygen in these layers as there is more plants to release oxygen there.
There is more pressure on the bottom
Diffusion.
An oxygenated water (with a higher concentration of oxygen).
oxygen
Soil air has a higher concentration of Carbon Dioxide; plants feed on this and convert it into Oxygen during Osmosis, which is why there is a higher concentration of Oxygen in the atmosphere.
The net movement of oxygen into the cell is primarily driven by concentration gradients. Oxygen concentration is typically higher in the extracellular environment than inside the cell, creating a concentration gradient that favors the movement of oxygen from higher to lower concentration. This allows oxygen to diffuse into the cell until equilibrium is reached, ensuring the cell has sufficient oxygen for its metabolic needs.
It diffuses because the concentration of oxygen in the capillaries is lower than the concentration of oxygen in the air (law of diffusion).
Diffusion. O2 moves from an area of higher concentration to a lower concentration.
It is the passive movement of chemicals from a region of higher concentration to a region of lower concentration.
Corrosion of metals arising as a result of the formation of an oxygen concentration cell due to the uneven supply of air on the metal surface is known as differential aeration corrosion.Differential aeration corrosion occurs when a metal surface is exposed to differential air concentrations or oxygen concentrations. The part of the metal exposed to higher oxygen concentration acts as cathodic region and part of the metal exposed lower oxygen concentration acts as anodic region. Consequently, poorly oxygenated region undergoes corrosion.
Yes. Air is less dense at higher altitudes, so the oxygen is at a lower concentration.
Diffusion from high concentration to low concentration. The oxygen concentration in the air in the lungs is higher than in the blood. The oxygen concentration in the blood is higher than in body cells. If these differences in concentration did not exist oxygen could not move from the air to the blood to body cells. While we are alive body cells consume some of the oxygen they receive, reducing their oxygen concentration and maintaining these differences. When we die the body cells quit consuming oxygen and over a period of time the levels of oxygen slowly begin evening out (however as blood no longer moves from the lungs to the body oxygen diffusion slows dramatically, leaving some body cells with much lower oxygen levels than would be normal).
"It means the concentration of dissolved oxygen available for fish and other aquatic life. When you discharge untreated sewage into a waterway, the bacteria that break it down use up oxygen and there is less available for other aquatic life. Water at the bottom of deep lakes and deep in the ocean is also low in available oxygen. The two sources of oxygen are contact with the atmosphere at the surface, so atmospheric oxygen dissolves in the surface water, and green algae near the surface."
