The burn from a tracer round.
An electrical burn can cause both entry and exit wound, as the current enters and leaves the body. You must find both to treat the victim.
Electrical. Generally there will be an entrance on the hand and an exit on the foot.
An entry and exit wound generally refer to the two parts of a bullet wound that passes all the way through. The entry wound is where the bullet hits something, and the exit wound is where the bullet exits after passing all the way through.

Forward spatter is the blood that is ejected out of the exit wound, going the same direction as the bullet. Back spatter is the blood ejected out of the entry wound, traveling against the line of fire and towards the shooter.

The three common misconceptions about general wound ballistics are, the bullet "drills" its way through the body or object leaving a small entry and equally small exit hole. The second is the bullet leaves a small entry hole and an enormous exit hole. The third is that when someone is show by anything other than an air rifle, the impact is enough to lift the person off the ground and send him/her flying through the air. All of these myths are wrong.
