You do not need to download another font. When you look at the drop-down box for font size, the smallest number frequently is 8. But, you can select a smaller size by manually typing the size number in the box and pressing enter. You go to an unanswered question and right under the question where you're supposed to find the answer it will give you these options: Answer Question, Email Question, etc. So just click on the big orange button titled: "Answer Question" and eventually you will be able to write the answer in the box it gives you below.
