No, only if your mother wants to go. Talk this over with the both of them. It is better if your mother stays with family.

If you are able to talk to your mother, talk to her and tell her how you feel about the situation. If you cannot do this then talk to a trusted family member - uncle, aunt, grandparent - and tell them what is going on.

This is question that you need to talk to your doctor and family about.
* First you have to ask yourself if you or anyone else in the family is not causing her to be this way. If not then perhaps you should talk to your family doctor about the symptoms your mother is displaying such as: bouts of rages; depression; not wanting family or friends around; talk of suicide; being verbally abusive for no reason or becoming physically abusive. If your mother is on medication then either look up the side effects on the Internet or speak with your family doctor as often some medications can cause depression; bouts of rage or feeling suicidal. If it is none of these then look at your your mother as a woman first and not just your mother. Take her out for lunch and take it slow and easy and try to find out what is bothering your mother. She may have good reason for the way she is acting and the children in the family don't know half of what goes on in their parent's lives. Often mothers are taken for granted as if what they do is simple; expected of them and often mothers are not given the credit they deserve. Make that effort to talk woman to woman with your mother if you are not a minor. If you are a minor discuss this with someone else in the family you can trust and perhaps they can talk to your mother. Remember, you aren't the only one that can hurt inside or feel frustrated and angry ... mothers can to! As angry as you may feel towards your mother weigh your words carefully that you say to her because you just never know if those will be the last words you'll ever get to say to your mother.

If your family feels your mother is a pathological liar and she is destroying the relationship within the family. It is vital that your family comes together and talk to one another when a problem arises. Instead of assuming that what has happen really happened. The only way you all will be able to resolve this problem is to talk to one another and get out what ever you all feeling.Plus you must be able to listen to that person and understand where they are coming from as well as they must be to understand and know where you are coming from.
