The blind spot is the point on the retina where there are no receivers i.e. no cones or rods, and the reason there are no cones or rods is because this spot is where the opic nerve teminates in the retina. No receivers, no signal to the brain.
open both in photoshop and just hit control+c and go to the one you want to copy into and hit control+v. if you want to learn hot keys just click on the layer of the one you want to copy and pick the black arrow tool by hitting v. after that just drag it to the other image and you will have a new layer.
The blind spot or optic disc
You can simply do this by just researching any image and hitting the image section of your results. There are many researching browsers available to do this.
