Why is the rock radio network in Puerto Rico called the rock when they don't play rock music i don't get it?

Jesus is referred to as the rock because he is like solid ground, a firm foundation. A place to build our lives on. Throughout the book of Psalms a rock is a safe place a place of refuge. Jesus is a safe place. I invite you to listen to the Rock. The radio and the safe place, listen to Jesus. Jeannette Well, to my knowledge there's only one rock station in Puerto Rico and that's ALFAROCK, and they do play Rock Music, only that they play more classic rock than anything else. And they also play lounge and other stuff and that's what bothers me. That and the fact that they, or any other station, don't play music by local rock bands like they used to. That's the question we have to ask, why don't the radio stations in Puerto Rico play music by local rock bands?
