they live in the ALPINE tundra
snow
Snow leopards do not live in the tundra but more in southern tops of mountains.
Because snow leopards live at such high elevations, they are adapted to a very cold, snowy climate. Throughout their elevational range (about 1200 - 6000 meters or 3900 - 20,000 feet) temperatures range from about 7o C (45o F) down to -25oC (-150 F).
The weather in the Tundra biome is bitterly cold. This weather will often include very dry winds and heavy snow fall.
airplanes dog sleds and snow mobiles
I think the turndra has the most extreme cold and rarely has precipitation but it's mostly snow, there's also the desert which is cold at night and gets no snow but I would think tundra.
Earth's coldest biome is called the tundra.
You cant make it snow or rain. For snow you must be in a Tundra biome (the ones that are coverd in snow and have spruce trees) any time its raining, go over to that biome and it will be snowing!
