It is unlikely for there to be a leak that will cause any fluid to accumulate on the floor behind the driver's seat in any vehicle. The most likely cause for the accumulation of antifreeze is a spill.
Some vehicles such as some vans and buses have rear heaters. If there is a rear heater close by the puddle, you may have a leaky heater core. More info such as the year, make and model vehicle would help us answer that question better.
