Since both the manga and Brotherhood anime series have completed, no.
There is only one real Fullmetal Alchemist. The first anime that has been made is different from the original story. The main schme is the same, but the are only view times when it goes along with the manga. Now they made a new version of the anime called "Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood" which follows the manga story. You can watch the episodes from youtube couple days after the Japanese relase. New episode comes weekly and they have made 28 episodes until now.
he came from ishbalan like scar from full metal alchemist brotherhood
You never see her in "FullMetal Alchemist" - it was created and completed before Arakawa got that far in the manga - but you do see her in "FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood." The Brotherhood follows the manga a whole freaking lot closer than the first series. Rebecca is introduced in part 4, when Mustang begins a revolt against the government.
Fullmetal Alchemist. Edit: It's form first Fullmetal Alchemist series (NOT from Fulmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood) and it comes form episode 13: Fullmetal Vs. Flame. Time(about):15:08
I suggest you watch Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood first. It is better to understand the basics of the story first than to suddenly jump on the movie. Otherwise you will get confused by the many characters and the terms in the movie. But, if you have watched Fullmetal Alchemist (the first Fullmetal Alchemist anime, it has a big difference with Brotherhood but the basics of the story are the same) you should just go for the movie, since you are already familiar with the characters and terms.
The Fullmetal Alchemist manga began its serialization on July 12, 2001. The first series anime, "Fullmetal Alchemist," began on October 4, 2003 and the second series anime, "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood," began on April 5, 2009.
This is because the first series, Full Metal Alchemist, followed a storyline which was different from the actual Manga. Brotherhood is a separate series which follows the manga storyline, and so it isn't in any way a continuation of the original series.
In the Japanese version of Fullmetal Alchemist the first series, her voice actor was Megumi Toyoguchi. In the second series, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, she was voiced by Megumi Takamoto. While in both of the Fullmetal Alchemist series for the English version, she is voiced by Caitlin Glass.
