If you are have permission on the site to edit a question, then an "improve answer" button will allow you to edit it. Also, there is trouble with mobile devices and editing sometimes, so make sure you are interfacing with the normal interface rather than the mobile one before deciding that you can't edit. If you find something wrong with an answer and are unable to change it yourself, please contact support, and we'll work on solving the problem.
