There is no spiritual or scriptural significance to the presence of a curtain in a Relief Society room. This is merely an interior design consideration to allow for the hiding of a usually utilitarian chalk board, depending on the wishes of the instructor or the Relief Society presidency on any given Sunday. In some buildings the curtain may actually block sunlight. Indeed, there are chapels in less developed parts of the world where the "curtain" is literally a divider to separate the meeting hall into classrooms.
If one really wanted to stretch, however, one could make the case that the curtain might in a smaller sense represent the veil that separates us from the spirit world. This, however, is purely speculative.
