There is also a water dojo now. Other dojos may have not come out yet, or are just not to Club Penguin's satisfaction.

Club Penguin have not mentioned anything about a Water Dojo yet, however I'm pretty sure they will. Since they have already done the Fire Dojo, and there are still 2 spaces left on the amulet, it's almost certain.
