You may have problems with your brakes' master cylinder. Have it checked by a mechanic.

Parking brake? Service brakes? Pedal dropping? Bad Master cylinder? ABS Module?

Yes, no special tools needed. A brake shoe spring retractor tool will make it easier.

the antiloc brake modual is located on the lower left side of the engine compartment up by the radiator but on the fender

You have warped the brake rotors. Driving fast & hard stopping or riding the brake will cause this when the rotor is hot and you are stopped with heavy pressure on the brake pedal. Replace rotors and pads.

replace line and caliper , very cheap . then bleed brakes and go.

Check all fuses first, check the brake switch located under the dash above the brake pedal. If you have a hitch on the car check the trailer wiring harness.

Should be located on the brake pedal arm near the point at which the arm connects to the dash. If it has a pressure switch, it will be located near the Master Cylinder.

is it in the rear spoiler? Thru the trunk, light socket is right below rear window

The rears aren't a piece of cake like people think. Get a manual on your car from the parts store.

There is no procedure. The only components that need to be bled (depending on work performed) are the master cylinder, wheel cylinders and calipers.
