Why is there a spot under my nose recently i nocited this blisterlike spot under my nose and when i touch it it hurts like a bruise?

You could have the oral form of Herpes, or what is often called a cold sore. Don't pinch or mess with it. Consult your doctor or pharmacist. They make many over the counter cold sore remedies.
