oilyn residue on wheels generally indicates an oil leak somewhere on vehicle. if this is limited to one wheel, check that wheel for fluid leaks in the brakes on that wheel. if on more than one wheel, check under car and see if oil is blowing back from engine or transmission. if underneath of car has oil, you need to steam clean to remove oil then you should be able to find where oil is leaking
