Suzuki Quadrunner 160 Intake: 0.03-0.08 mm (0.001-0.003 in.) Exhaust: 0.05-0.10 mm (0.002-0.004 in.) At TDC of Compression Stroke. Remove the TDC plug on the crankcase, at the base of the cylinder on the left side of the engine. (left side when sitting on the atv) There will be a line on the generator rotor which will line up with a mark on the crankcase indicating TDC. I got these specs from my local suzuki dealer, so they are accurate. I will be adjusting the valves on my 160 soon.
