Unfortunately, you most likely need to suspect a bad head gasket, which is allowing the coolant and oil to mix. Emulsified oil on your oil dipstick, which appears as (usually) a light brown, smeary emulsion, is another indicator. Also, your exhaust will smell funny, like an overheated car.
