Check your oil, if it looks the same you may have a blown head gasket. If your oil looks okay you may just have had some water get in it from somewhere else.
I found that i had milky residue in my breather and the problem ended up being the carb was forcing air back down the breather tube. When air is forced into a small space it compresses and moisturises. The solution was to take off the breather tube and put a cap or separate breather filter on it.
