THAT IS THE TRANSISTOR IGNITION UNIT WHICH SENDS OUT THE SPARK TO THE SPARK PLUGS AFTER THE COILS. IN THE EARLY Z32 300ZX'S, THERE WAS A RECALL TO GO TO NISSAN AND GET THAT CHANGED FOR FREE
