Assuming that the pump and the pipes are O.K.
then your water level has probably dropped.
ANS 2 - It is possible, but unlikely for the well level to drop unless many new people or businesses are sucking from the aquifer you are on. Many things can go wrong with pumps and well pressure tanks. If you have a jet pump (motor and pump on surface) these are very susceptible to air leaks in the pipes to well. Check this. If you have a submersible pump the control box can develop problems. -If you have an old pressure tank it can get 'waterlogged'. If you are unfamiliar with any of this hire a well technician or a local well company to check it out.
more info needed - is it out of both H and C, -Are you on a well, if so what type is your pressure tank.
The water is probably frozen in the pipe
ground
m
Because there is a leak in the pipe of the water main.
There is a certain amount of sediment in all well water - it is coming out of the ground remember. Every well should have a sediment filter before the pressure tank.
well I think that the water one is next, and it is coming out November 2010.
well you look up from where the leak is coming from or the wear the water is dripping from and their you go you fond out wear the leak is.
Sounds like a broken pipe down the well. Call a well technician
There are only a couple ways to get air in the water line, coming from the well. The most common is a hole, or leak in a fitting, or the suction line if it is an above ground pump. if it is a submersible then the same situation only the hole or leak would be in the pipe coming out of the pump to supply water to the user. Both of these have to be resolved by pulling pipe and replacing or repairing it.The second most common is a hole in the well casing or the water level drops below the pick up do to low water volume, over pumping of the well.
the reason for water coming out from under the dash is that a hose could have broke or you have a problem with your heater. your heater works off of the water in the radaitor and since it gets hot from the motor well it serculates threw the heater and that's who your heater works
This is most likely a result of a crack in the well pipe, or the well head itself. You may need to call a contractor to get it fixed or replaced.
Is it the water that stinks coming out of the faucet or the drain that stinks? If it is the garbage disposal put in some baking soda and start it up and then toss in some orange rinds that should fix it. If it is the water coming out of the faucet contact the city water or if you are on a well or spring have it tested.
Water coming in.
You never know that tap water or well water is safe unless it has been lab tested. In wells especially this should be done annually.

The difference is that they are thrust up. They are not moving downhill because of gravity.
