Air conditioners remove the moisture from the air and pump a drier, cooler air back into your home. The water is a result of this process.

The cold evaporator coil on your AC system condenses the water vapor from your homes air as it is returned to it via the fan. It does this by lowering the air temp below it`s dew point temperature and sending the cooler/drier air back to the house. It is the same process that causes the grass to be wet in the morning.

most likely it is water coming from the air-conditioner unit. this water comes from the air that is cooled by the air-conditioner. the water is supposed to drain from the car when the car is level.
