That is either a sign of infection or your scabs have turned white because of being in water. If the color does not go away after about 3 hours after being in the water, perhaps you should see a doctor.

Yes! See your dentist/oral surgeon. This happened to me. You probably have a dry socket. The fluid that you are seeing is puss. They will probably pack the extraction site and have you come back in a few days. My surgeon had me start an antibiotic before the surgery.
