I think umbreon is the best. Not only are jynx creepy looking, they have a lot of type disadvangtages since they are psychic and ice. An Umbreon could get rid of a Jynx easily by using Bite three times tops. Umbreon is a dark Pokemon, so it doesn't have as many type disadvantages as Jynx. Just don't use Umbreon against Bug or Fighting Pokemon and you'll be ok. use both. because jynx is awesome. and so is umbreon:)

There, you raise it to max friendship and make sure the clock is on night time. Raise it a level, and your Eevee will evolve into Umbreon. But this is only if you can trade...so, it's actually impossible if you can't trade.
