You will invariably videotape someone other than your intended subject. That person has the right to not be recorded in the private, vulnerable setting that is a hospital. In addition, a lot of medical providers do not like a videotape of their acts in case something goes wrong and the videotape can be used against them, especially if it's bloody and a jury doesn't like seeing blood, even if it's not the doctor's fault. Medical cases get to be decided based on the providers' written records, which logically are carefully written after an incident occurs. So leave your recording devices at home and wait for the written account later.
ya everyone does it
yes!!
I can believe that no kid has answered this question yet. Do whatever the hell you want when you're videotaping yourself. I would like a better idea! Dude, do something epic like a FAIL or something? I don't know. :)) Videotaping yourself isn't about Failing and then being laughed at. Videotaping yourself is about doing something funny so that people can watch it with you after and laugh, not at you but with you. Any better Ideas!
Yes in most states unless it is an invasion of privacy issue. Consult a private investigator in your area - they are usually very familiar with videotaping law and may not charge you to answer a question over the phone.
visit their doctors or nurse practice or go to the hospital to be checked out
If there is a custody issue or a restraining order yes. If the hospital believes that it would be in the best interest of the patient yes. If it would cause a breach of peace, yes.
No, one issue has no relation to the other.
None. The New England Patriots were fined for sideline videotaping, but the rule in question allowed such taping.
There were no atomic bomb dropped over a hospital. In the other hand the killing of civilians is a issue still talked about.
I'm in the hospital right now, and i asked one of the nurses. They said No, a patient cannot take themselves off of the medication unless the issue comes up of not being able to pay. (they would be moved to a different hospital)
Look at the people in hospital wards: health is certainly a social issue.
Because we are built to be exited by sexual activity. There are very few people either male or female that do not get aroused by seeing sexual activity.
