Do you have a 3rd hole for the sprayer? My sink often gets a little water underneath because water trickles down the sprayer hose and underneath the sink when it isn't used properly.There are pipes (not visible) that are inside the wall. That may be the source of your leak. You would have to cut a hole near the draining water to inspect those pipes.ANS 3I see this a lot and the most common cause is the faucet set is leaking internally and seeping between the baseplate and countertop.
