Why is an adverb used to elicit an answer of reasoning.
What is your question
I think you forgot the word "is" in this question.
please answer my question
No make, no model, no year listed in question. Impossible to answer.
I have the same question, I have a 2002 Sequoia, I can't locate my starter.
This question is confusing. Normally, solenoids do not turn. They are relays that provide the power to spin the starter when the ignition switch is set to ON. The only thing that I can make out of this question is that the starter does not turn. Cannot determine from the question if the problem is fixable or not. I would suggest checking out a repair manual for your application at your local public library. Or take it to a professional.
On my truck ( 1994 Chevrolet ) it is on the starter. If you want an answer about another vehicle you will need to ask a new question and include year, make, and model. On my truck ( 1994 Chevrolet ) it is on the starter. Your starter solenoid is the ropund part attached to the top of your starter it has the little wire to trigger the starter drive to engage the flexplate and a big battery wire to spin it hope this answers you question

Restate your question as I am not sure what you are asking. Are you talking about a starter?
The question pertains to cycle starter, as in a unicycle, bicycle, or tricycle. I think the correct answer you are looking for is 'TRI'
