Wind blows everywhere on Earth, and is unlimited because it is a renewable resource that never runs out. For example, water is a renewable resource, but once used, you have to wait for the water cycle to bring you some water back before it can be used again. Wind is either there, blowing, or it's not. It does not go through any cycles, so we can call it "unlimited".

Wind is considered unlimited because it is a renewable energy source that is constantly replenished by the Earth's natural processes. The sun's heat causes air to move, creating wind, and this process will continue as long as the sun keeps shining. Unlike finite resources like fossil fuels, wind is expected to be available for as long as the Earth exists.

Why does wind produce electricity?

We have an unlimited amount of wind so it is an ingenious way of harvesting power so that we dont use up all the earth's natural resources such as oil. We can use the wind to turn a turbine which produces kinetic energy.

5 positives about wind energy?

unlimited supply of wind energy that is costless. With no hidden effects of wind energy the more wind farms that are around the less pollution in the atmosphere. Are resources unlimited?

No, none of them are except for 'natural' resources like wind, water and sunlight. Nuclear power would be almost unlimited, but its use is controversial and many countries are loath to expand its use and even consider closing existing facilities.

How is wind energy used today?

Wind energy is used to power things that need electric power (which can be made by wind energy). Its safer for the economy and it is unlimited and never runs out instead of stinking up the air and shortening lives of people due to asthma attacks and greenhouse gas emissions.

Why is wind a inexhaustible resource?

Wind is an inexhaustible resource because we can't use it up. No matter how much we use wind, it will keep blowing. We can't stop it.Yes. However, sites to locate wind generators may not be unlimited. Generally wind farms are very big. Some consider that as we use up available sites, we will have wind generators mounted on ships in the ocean. However, this will have to be shown economical in relation to other sources of energy.
