If it is the light with the exclamation mark, then there is probably a fault in the traction control system;.......
There are three possibilities. If the exclamation mark is within a triangle, then this represents the need to ASR or adjust driving to road conditions.
The second is a circle with two arc lines to either side. This represents your brakes. If the car is Canadian, then your brake fluid is low. If not then it means your parking brake is engaged.
The last and most common is an exclamation mark within a circle with a series of lines emitting outward . This means that one of your exterior lamp bulbs has burned out (failed). And there are many on a Mercedes! Start in the trunk, and remove the two small panels in back of the tail light assembly (one on each side of the rear trunk opening). There are a few bulbs in each assembly. Some are running lights, some are back up lights, a brake light, and side marker lights as well. These include two different models of lamps, with different size diameter of the bass of the bulb. Two are amber colored, the rest are clear. Check them first. The front assemblies are a bit harder. especially the right front side as their are vehicle components blocking access. From my experience, the most likely lamp failure is one the rear bulbs. Good luck, hope I helped.

how to replace the headlight light assemble on a 2001 e320
my motor light is on my 1998 e320
If the turn signal light keeps burning out on an E320, it is likely moisture related. It is likely that a seal is leaking.
