As far as I know, all automatic transmissions get filled through the dipstick tube.
On a 1991 Ford Crown Victoria : Using a funnel , you add automatic transmission fluid through the ATF fluid level dipstick ( in the engine compartment , near the firewall , on the passenger side of the engine )
Trans Dipstick
Most likely a short in the wire contact at the steering wheel. Look there.
Open hood, passenger side, look between the engine and the firewall. It's down there.
Sure. Ford likes to hide it around the back of the engine, near the firewall on the pass. side.
According to the 1996 Ford Crown Victoria owners manual : With engine oil filter change : ( 5.0 quarts / 4.7 liters of engine oil ) * the engine oil dipstick is used to determine the exact fill requirement *
A radio fuse might keep blowing if the radio itself needs an inline fuse in a 1997 Crown Victoria. It is possible that the radio and interior lights are not grounded properly. Installing an inline fuse between the radio and the fuse box may solve the problem of the fuse blowing.
Facing the engine, look around the fire wall on passenger side, then look down. Ford likes to hide things.
