I have a 99 bravada, and have had no heat for over a year... until today. I was told by the dealership that I needed a new thermostat, so I had one put in last winter... that did nothing.
Today, I had the heater core flushed, and Viola! I have so much heat I had to open my window, and I live in western NY!
good luck!
Just blow compressed air through the heater core
The gasket on an Oldsmobile Bravada is changed by removing the retaining bolts, taking off the cover, and peeling the gasket off. The surface is then cleaned and a new gasket put in place.
There is NO cabin air filter on this year..
You didnt say what year and what engine
If it's a 98 or prior, It will have shock's all around which you can do yourself easily.
If the engine is overheating or when you service the cooling system and change the antifreeze.

The engines thermostat is probably stuck open or has been removed, so change the thermostat and this should fix your problem.
To change the thermostat on a 1997 Plymouth Breeze 2.0, a bucket should be placed under the vehicle where the hose for the thermostat is. This will catch any leaking antifreeze. Remove the hose clamp from the top radiator hose where it connects to the engine. Note how the thermostat is positioned in the hose. Remove the old thermostat and replace with a new one. Tighten the hose clamp after reconnecting it to the motor. Check antifreeze level and refill if necessary.
remove fuel pump fuse. then start engine it will stall when fuel runs out change filter then replace fuse.
