Why is your Boston terrier congested?

its probaly either cold or flu.We recently just adopted a puppy from a shelter. They sent her home with antibiotics because they either saw she had or was developing Kennel Cough. After four days home she began coughing more. They called her in a prescription for a steroid to keep the coughing down. It seemed to work, but now the pills are gone and it's gotten bad again. She is very congested and can't breathe out of her nose. The coughing is still continuing. What could be wrong with her?

Coughing can be the sign of many different ailments, such as heart problems, kennel cough, upper respiratory infections, cancer of the lungs, etc. Take your dog to your Veterinarian to have him or her checked out is the only correct answer.
