Sounds like the BCM module near your feet on passenger side has gotten wet. possibly from leaking sunroof or clogged ac drip line
Open the hood. Unplug the headlight, then pull the headlight from the outside. Little by little until it comes off. Replace the bulb. Put headlight back in carefully. Make sure it makes a clicking sound. Plug back your headlight. And your good to go. Oh by the way it takes 2 people to do this.

Depends on where it is coming from. If it seems outside of the vehicle, it could be a hub bearing.
Because the oil hasn't circulated properly once the oil reaches everywhere and everything is lubrictaed properly then the ticking/clicking stops
